- At least one director who must be an ordinary resident of Singapore (citizen, PR, or EntrePass holder).
- A qualified corporate secretary resident in Singapore appointed within 6 months.
- A registered local Singapore office address (P.O. boxes are strictly disallowed).
- Initial paid-up share capital of at least S$1.
- Between 1 and 50 shareholders (individual or corporate, local or 100% foreign-owned).
